Thanks to the hard work of our global team and partners around the world, we have made good progress in working through solutions to the anomalous spacecraft conditions that we identified with ELSA-d. We are maneuvering the Servicer into a position closer to the Client. Our mission to prove the technology for capturing orbital debris in space continues.
The safety of ELSA-d, and of the orbital environment, remains our top priority. Both spacecraft are under control and being continually monitored, we are keeping regulators and key partners updated on our status, and we are moving forward with confidence.
ELSA-d is the world’s first demonstration of an end-to-end debris removal mission – at every stage we are testing our pioneering technology for the first time and learning more as a team. Thank you for your tremendous support as we take steps toward a more sustainable orbital environment!
