Voice Alerting for Astroscale Ltd. missions (October 2025)
Users of this program can expect to receive voice alerts, making them aware of urgent issues with Astroscale Ltd. missions that need urgent attention as well as a SMS summary. Please follow directions from your manager as to when it is required for you to cancel and sign up to the service.
To remove yourself from this service, please visit the Astroscale helpdesk or raise a support ticket, requesting your phone number be removed from this service, upon which the appropriate action will be taken by the Astroscale helpdesk.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at the Astroscale Helpdesk or via raising a support ticket through the standard methods.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive no more than 1 (one) message per hour out of Astroscale Ltd.’s business hours.
